A note on allergens and cross-contamination:
We take food safety seriously, but because we are a small bakery with a single, compact kitchen, we work with all 14 major allergens* daily. This means cross-contamination is an unavoidable risk in our environment.
Even items specifically made without certain ingredients (like our gluten-friendly, or dairy-friendly range) are prepared in the same area as our standard bakes.
As a result, we cannot guarantee any product is safe for those with severe allergies or strict dietary requirements.
If you have severe allergies or sensitivities, we advise you to not purchase from us for your own safety.

*The 14 major allergens: Celery, cereals containing gluten, crustaceans, eggs, fish, lupin, milk, molluscs, mustard, nuts, peanuts, sesame seeds, soybeans, sulphur dioxides/sulphites.
